LA-Weight Loss/Pure Weight Loss Didn't receive merchandise that was already paid for

I was a member of LA-Weight Loss Center of Bloomington, IN. I had paid for several boxes of LA Lite Bars (over $800). I only received approximately $300-$400 worth of product. This cost was charged to a charge card and I would like to be credited for the items that were not received.

When I try to contact LA Weight Loss/Pure Weight Loss Centers, I am unsuccessful. The 800 number that is listed on the website always has a busy signal.
