Me and my husband used u-box pods for our military DITY move from New Jersey to Louisiana. The experience was great (even though the size of the box is very misleading). However, as part of my husband's reimbursement process we have to have proof of expenses including weight tickets. When I called u-haul to ask about a weight ticket the response I got was that they didn't take the exact weight of the pod they only use a machine that tells them if the box if over or under 2000 pounds. Not good enough for the army. I understand if that's their process but the box went from nj to la it HAD to be weighed somewhere during the trip. I just feel like they should be more organized and have ALL of a customers stuff together that is received during a trip. If I was misinformed can someone please tell me how to get a weight ticket?!
