Trying to rip me off for $500 dollars, after switching to DirecTv Littleton Colorado

I recently switched from DishNetwork to DirecTv (4 months ago), I received my credit card statement yesterday to find, they charged me for the last 4 months of service, (appr:$300) and an additional $100 dollars for equipment, that they are saying never was received.

I had 2 receivers, they got the DVR back, but not the other??? They were shipped in the same box, supplied by them! The customer service rep stated to me that once they receive their equipment, I will be credited the $100, as far as the programming, they will have to investigate why I was being charged?!?!?
