Dish Network
Unauthorized Pay-Per-View and Channel Charges Despite Password Protection

Shops, Products, Services Kristij 0

Again we found charges on our account that were not authorized. Dish Network promised us the last time this happened that if we programmed our boxes with a password and also put a password on the account and put our pay per view charge account balance to $0.00, there would be no way for anyone ...

Dish Network ripped off $400.00 from my bank account. They just took it. How many others have they done this too? We will find out soon. If you have had this same problem with this company please let me know. ...

Dish Network
Billed for Old Receivers Taken by DirecTV Installer, Sent to Collections

Electronics and household app. SM22 0

Because two installers of Dish were unable to upgrade my equipment to HD I switched to Direct TV. The technician for Direct TV took the old Dish receivers with him as I assumed they were of no use (kind of like old mattresses). Obviously, they cannot be activated without Dish assistance. I am now ...

Dish Network
Late Fee Charged After Changed Billing Cycle and Paperless Setup

Shops, Products, Services Anonymous 79185 0

I received the first bill, which was for 2 months, and paid it. Then, the next month, I received another bill, which I thought was odd because they had ...

Dishnetwork
Unauthorized $91.95 Debits After Cancelling and Rude Representative

Electronics and household app. Mutha xxxxxx 0

I wanted dishnetwork to send a tech out at a certain time to meet with the grounds keeper of the complex I was moving to. They could not arrange it so the lady on the phone said this was dishnetworks fault and was sending me a box to send the receiver back to them, end of story. (Or so I thought) ...

Dish Network
Paid $250 for HDR Receiver We Do Not Own

Shops, Products, Services T265 0

We paid for a receiver that we do not own, and then pay monthly rent (although they cleverly word it as fees, it is still rent) to use the receiver. My husband chose Dish because they were the only choice for ESPN channels. We gave the $250 for the HDR receiver... Which I later found out is ...
