I felt sorry for Heather and decided to give her my business. I needed to buy toys for my birds so I ordered a large order since I got my tax return check. I paid her through paypal and she sent the first box in a couple weeks. She stated that she sent everything, but tried to blame the postal service. I got only half my order and she stated that she will send the ones that I did not get.
I emailed her the list of toys that I did not get and she confirmed that she would send me them. Soon after I heard nothing from her, she was scarce on every forum, and bird site online. I thought that she was sick, but she was seen on her myspace account with new pictures. She does not answer my calls, or emails.
I did not get anymore toys, she refuses to respond back to me and I am out $200.00. I tried to assist what I thought was a nice person with her small business because she complained that she was not getting any and was going to close down her site.
I got swindled and she stole from not just me, but my family and after this incident I have been hearing that she truly was not a nice person.
