No Customer service

Ordered all my toys for my son's bday. Paid extra for 2nd day shipping. Toys R US could not deliver by 2nd day. What I paid for. I stated I wanted a refund for shipping. They declined, even knowing that they messed up a time sensitive order. I will be returning. No wonder Toys R Us went bankrupt!
