Shelly Emans emailed me and asked me to send her a couple toys for her customer that she had already sold the toys to in her store but didn't have. I sent her the toys from my store in Virginia and she assured me she mailed a check for payment but never did. I emailed her several times about payment and she would respond that she'd send a check immediately but never did then she stopped responding at all and never paid me for the toys I sent for her to sell. She is a rip off artist.
