I just had very bad experience with Toys R us. They have lego promotion by one and get second one 50% off. I put two lego toys in the cart and placed my order. Both toys are shown as available per their website. However after I placed my order. It send me a email which said that one toy is unavailable. Now I end up with one full over priced toy. I called customer service 1 hour later when I found out and the representative told me it could not be cancelled now. I think this is a scam so that they can sell you full price if you don't have time to return the overpriced toy to their local shop. If one commodity is unavailable, they should let customer know prior to confirm the order.
