Ordered b-day present for grandson 6/15 with a stated ship date of 7/2 - waited till a week later - nothing - called their 800 number - all I get was the usual automated system but by saying "representative" IT finally said - "transferring to a customer representative" - for the next hour all I heard was elevator music - NO PERSON - NO message acknowledging that one day a real person would answer - nothing - in this day and age of online customer service - Toys R Us is woefully pitiful. Sent a online contact - we will see if a real person actually answers. BTW - item missed my grandson's birthday and after 30 years of buying in Toys R Us stores as my children grew - I will look elsewhere when buying online
