Tried to get my computer fixed, that i purchased there, they said 1 - 2 days and wanted a deposit, after 1 week of trying to understand i asked for my computer back and my deposit, got my computer and the technician said my deposit would be refunded
but the two girls in the refind line would not wait on me. I asked for the manager and she would not come out of her office.
Left without my deposit when i called back to find out why the manager told me i have to call corporate and hung up, i called corporate and they refused to help. I will never set foot in that store again, after talking to many people about this i find out they are in big trouble anyway!!!
