So I normally go CVS Pharmacy. Well their computer was down, all the stores all over Hemet CA. So I went to Walgreens on Florida and New Chicago Ave (I use to go there). So I went up the pharmacy and explained that the computers were down down at CVS could they fill this prescription. The tech went to her boss and he told her that I was just some druggie trying to get my prescription early. Never checked in the computer to see if I was a past customer or not. The tech comes back and says they can't fill it. So I call the store and got (what I thought was the corporate office, but it was the customer service line. I called made my complaint. So hours later the Pharmacy Manager called stated that she was the manager of pharmacy not this other guy. I stated I didn't care who the manager was. She then demanded to know what happened and I told I already made the complaint and if she had personnel info on me than she should know my complaint. I than called back the customer service line and asked why I received a call from the manager of the pharmacy, all she wanted to know was if I was helped or not. I said that I will never go to another Walgreens ever again for anything and that nobody from that store should call me. Then she wanted to know if the corporate office should call me, I stated that I didn't want anyone from that corporation to call me. That if they needed to contact me do it by mail. I am so mad, that I want to tell the world about the issue.
