I paid the deposit in cash for the room. They did not give me a recipt. I assume that they already put it into their computer that i paid. I day i check out i return the key for the rooms and wanted they were suppose to give me my deposit back. The same guy that check me in said that I did not make a deposit and that he didnt even remember who I was. He kept saying that I was lying and that i didnt pay. I wanted to speak to the manager. When she came out she was not repectful and keep saying that I was lying. She didnt even want to hear what I had to say and she was on the guy side. I believe that he kept my $20 dollars and said that I didnt pay. I knew I would not get anywhere with them so I was upset and I just left. The $20 dollars was not important to me the point was that they called me a liar and they are dishonest. I thought about on my way back and i remember they had cameras, but I dont think that they had it on tape that day. If they did then they could see that I give that guy the money. It really upset me that there are people like this.
