Ripoff, dishonest, takes your money before service is done, will not refund deposit if work is not done

Took my Lap Top in for repair. Said it couldn't be repaired. Asked for my deposit back, said no. Took Lap Top to another repair place, deposit not required. They fixed my Lap Top Computer.
