I keep getting slow inter service because of this fap thing that they do not even tell you about until you get the service on. Then when you get this fap on your record it slows your speed way down to someting slower the dial up.
When you call to find out what is happening they keep repeating the same thing over and over again. That u are going over your limit and when you ask for a supervisor they tell you that you cannot talk to one and then they fight you about it.
You cannot get any help from them. They tell you that you cannot play game, go on your myspace account. I asked them what can i do for what i pay and they would not answer me. I asked them what am i paying for inter net service if i cannot do anything. They then asked me if i wanted to end my service, i said no that i just wanted to know what i can do.
You never get a stright answer out of them and when you ask question they never answer what you are asking. You never get anyone that can speak english.
What is a person suppose to do. Because when you get this fap thing on your service it takes 24 hours to get that off. What can we do about this? Can we do something about it?
