We have been with the hughes net company for a couple yrs now. We used to have the home program. We have 3 computers on the net... We went over our fap a couple times and then decided to upgrade our service to home pro. We also own the dw7000 unit, we game online,
Everquest was running fine till about 5 days ago. Now cant log into my game in peak hrs because hughes net slows the speeds down to a crawl. And no we havent gone over our bandwidth usage. This is not the speed promised by the contract we signed with hughes net. Their customer service is in another country and can barely speak english. Worst customer service ever!
And all they say is there nothing they can do about it. I pay $80 a month for their service, and paid about $800 for the satelite to be installed. This service is a rip off. And does not work as the contract states.
