Hired the company over 45 days ago to ship a motorcycle. Estimated time of delivery was 2 to 3 weeks. The company still has not shipped the bike and are constantly coming up with unreasonable excuses. Some of the excuses have been:
Our server lost the IP address
Dispatch is working on correcting the drivers itineraries
the trailers hydraulic systems to operate very slowly
My server has decided it does not like me, I can send e-mails, but not receive them.
The previous drivers route was changed and he was not going that far south Mondays are a bit hectic for us.
The list goes on and on. Would never recommend this company. They are www.haulbikes.com aka Daily Direct, LLC.
Still waitng for my shipment to arrive but will probably have to take legal action.
