We bought a trike on ebay, and arranged for this company to ship it to us. When we signed the contract we gave them the dimensions of the trike. The first truck that showed up didn't have room.By the time they got their act together it was almost a month before the trike was even picked up, THEN it was hauled to their hub in Wisconsin.
It sat there for almost a month, we were given dates that the trike would be shipped out, these came and went. Different people gave us different information, little of it accurate. Finally it left after Memorial Day (contract was initially done in mid-April), and it has now been over a week since that day. The estimated delivery date was changed yet again today, as the driver is "out of hours" and is on "home time". Apparently these people are incapable of logistics.
Ironically, he probably drove within 2 miles of our house getting to Pahrump - we live in Vegas. We tried to get an address to go pick up the trike ourselves, and they refused. We are at their mercy, we'll get our property when they're good and ready, and not a moment sooner.
