It has been over a month now and my Motorcycle has still not arrived. This Wisconsin based company does not provide a fair service. The company employees have outright lied to me over and over during the past few weeks. I contracted with them to ship my motorcycle and they have not carried through with their end of the deal. Company employees have told me the same thing every week "my driver won't get back to the warehouse until next week... So you are looking at next weekend for delivery." If you are looking at getting your motorcycle shipped, do yourself a favor and use a different company.
This company is accredited with the BBB and has some good reviews. But when it comes down to it this company is lacking in customer service and cannot provide the service that you pay for. I have been very disappointed in this company. I dont see how they can stay in business with their business practices.
All I am asking is for a company to be honest and fair to me and provide the service that I have paid for.
I hope I will get my motorcycle before CHRISTMAS!
