After almost one and a half months my motorcycle finally arrived today (07/19) in the excellent condition I purchased it in. But, Daily Direct stated on this web page they would provide me, the customer, a reduced charge due to the "unusual delay with my order upon delivery of my bike." I asked the driver about this while he unloaded my bike and he stated, "you have to take that up with the company."
It took them one month to travel from Milwaukee to Tennessee and only about two weeks to get from Milwaukee to Vegas were I live. They state their entire shipping process takes 14-28 days total (on average and sometimes less time). It took 1 1/2 months.
So, I;ll be seeing if they hold true to their word as far as some kind of refund since I paid them up front and they have offered to refund me something.
Fair is fair.
