I joined Vonage because of the 60 day money back guarentee offer. I could not use the phone properly. Did not make a single call in 60 days. I decided to cancel the connection and called the company on the 60th day. They refused to honor the money back guarentee and charged me $120. They also told me that if I do not agree to this ripoff payment, they will not cancel my account and that charges will continue t accrue on my account. They are stealing money from their customers. Is there no way to stop them???
I have written to them. If they do not respond, I intend to move in court.
