After having Vonage and not being able to make or receive phone calls due to horrendous reception. I got Charter Communications on May 8. Vonage was notified to cancel my account. They did not. They have been charging me since May. After being on the phone with Vonage for 6 hours-5 and 1/2 on hold, they are refusing to give me credit. Charter has said this is illegal to charge me since I have service with them but Vonage doesn't care about legalities. I had to cancel my account again. Vonage has charged over 100 in fraudulent fees and I'm sure a cancellation fee is next. I wish to God I never heard of this company. Buyer beware-cheaper is not better!
