I am having the same problems with vonage like with everyone else, I decided to give vonage a try 12. I decided I didn't want vonage I tried to cancel within the 60 days.
Vonage caused problems with my bank account when they took out the montly payment, vonage caused $190 in overdraft fees which I had to pay. Vonage wanted me to pay a $39.00 disconnection fee, I refused to let them do this.
I told them I had no money in my bank account after they charged the monthly fee & caused things to bounce in my checking account, & caused $190 in over draft fees.
I have filed a complaint the the new jersey attorney general, know vonage claims they can't find my account, the attorney general office of consumer protection told me to contact vonage.
I contacted vonage & gave them my account #, all they did was give me a hardtime all I asked was to refund my money to cancel but they refused to even do that.
Also they acted like they couldn't here me while I was talking to them, playing games. I just told the attorney general office of consumer protection vonage still refuses to refund my money.
