My wife and I bought a camcorder online and it was shipped via Fed-ex. We waited a month and nothing showed up. We contacted them and they told us it had already been delivered 2 weeks prior to our notifying them. They informed us we would have to file a claim and give them some time to investigate the situation. They also had the delivery driver contact me to see what the problem was. The driver informed me that he had the wrong address. What he did not know was that the Fed-ex customer service lady I talked to verified our address and it was right. I caught the driver in a bold face lie and he was pissed off about it. After 4 weeks of waiting we finally recieved an e-mail telling us that a decision on our claim had been made and we will recieve a letter via snail-mail informing us of that decision. 3 weeks later, absolutely nothing was recieved. We sent tham an e-mail letting them know that we recieved nothing and that we were not satisfied with their service. We recieved an e-mail the next day informing us that our claim had been denied. So we are posting this to let people know that you cannot trust Fed-ex. If I had not caught the driver in a lie, then maybe I would not be so mad, but if this is how they do business, then please beware and go somewhere else. Below is a copy of the e-mail they sent. This is what they send honest hard working people.
