I'm writing with a complaint about your company's experience. I hope bringing this to your attention will result in some action. This problem has left me unsure about your company.
Here's my story: Fedex Ground. On Dec 2 I received a 19" flat panel monitor from my supplier and I signed for it. A week later I called my supplier and asked where the second one was. I was told it was delivered on Dec 3 and was given a tracking number. I retrieved it and found the signature was not mine. Fedex 'looked into it' and determined that 'the signatures matched' and denned the claim. I entered police report with the South River, NJ police dept. Fedex again opened & denned the claim. Never once did Fedex contact me.
Here's how you can help: INVESTIGATE!!!
In the future, I won't ever do business with you. Also, I definitely will not recommend your company to others.
