I bought a computer at Sears & paid a extra $320. For onsite repair if it ever broke. Well it broke & it broke, well 4 times. Every time I called them they wouldn't come out all they wanted me to do was put in the Quick Restore disc (which wipes out everything).
Finally on the 5th time that wouldn't work, they told me on the phone the hard drive was bad. They still wouldn't come out to fix it, so I took it to the sears repair center. They refused to accept it & would not repair it.
I've written BBB & they just wrote me back for 4th time saying that my file is "due to be closed unresolved".
Sears sucks, I've considered making a sign & picketing. I will never buy anything there again.
