Ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

I own a 2 year old Craftsman Lawnmower and needed a part for it since it broke down again. I ordered the part from the local Sears stote and was told it would take 7 - 10 days, no problem.

The problem is when i received the envelope, it was empty except for a packing slip. No parts! When I called Sears they told me they could order the parts again and it would take an additional 7 - 10 days. I wanted them to overnight the parts since i didn't receive them, they told me they cannot do that.

Sears cannot send overnight items? That does not seem fathonable. After dealing with employees from the bottom up there was no solution offered and here I sit waiting another 10 days for this part to show up.

My lawn is already tall enough to be a pasture. Needless to say with the lemon they sold me and the service without a smile and the customer never being right, I will never purchase any more products from Sears.
