Sears lawnmower - Craftsman self-propelled lawnmowe

On May 22 I sent my lawnmower to Sears repair for a problem with the engine. It would start, run for a few seconds, then stop. Three weeks later, it was returned and I paid $113.28 for repairs that could not have happened. However, it was missing the safety bar that allows the engine to be started and run and when released, brings the engine to a stop. With this part missing, they could not have test run the uniot to acertain the repairs to the engine It was sent back the following week and has not been returned since. The repair center manager has called several time and been told that they were waiting on parts. The parts should not have to be ordered, they took them off they should have them there. I have made numerous calls to numerous phone numbers that were supposed to get me some satisfaction. All I've received is the run around. I've been a Sear customer for over fifty years. I have several Sears appliances and most of my tools are Craftsman. That is all over now. As these items play out, they mostr definetly will not be replaced by anything Sears. Ever again!!!
