Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been a Sears Customer for over twenty-five years. I am outraged at the poor customer service I have received on my stove repair by Sears. It has been two weeks since your repairman came. On July 14 he dismantled part of the stove in an attempt to repair it but found he needed some new parts. The repairman himself was excellent. He ordered the parts and said he would return on July 22. I received part of the parts order. I called Sears on July 22 to see when the repairman would be coming. I was told one additional part was needed. I waited. Then I call again on July 27. I was told that the last part was unavailable. When I asked what would be done I was told it would take 3-7 business days for a supervisor to get back to me. This is an instance of gross neglect of a customer. I have a barely functioning stove and Sears has not made any effort to communicate with me regarding the repair.in each instance I have had to contact Sears. I called again. The only response the representative had was that it would take 3-5 business days to get a response from the parts manager and then possibly another 30 days while they search for the part from another source. This is ridiculous. I have a minimally functioning stove and Sears is non-responsive unless I call and not the least bit helpful in appreciating that you need a stove to function normally.

I want my stove repaired or replaced not in possibly 30 days but as soon as possible. As a loyal Sears customer I cannot express how disappointed and upset I am at the way I have been treated.
