We called Sears for repair of our Samsung Washer when pump stopped functioning. Repairman showed up today but found the control panel to be the source. The part needed to be ordered from manufacturer and could not be received other than by UPS ground! We requested overnight shipment at our expense and were told that's not possible! So here we sit without a washer for another 9 days because Sears is unwilling to expedite a part shipment to accommodate a long term customer. Is this what Sears considers Good Customer Service???
