Broken Frid and Freeze

Two weeks ago my seal broke on my bottom freezer, i called sears direct. They said the part would be here in 5 day. Had no choice. So i waited and waited, mean while no freezer or frid... 10 days later the part comes in, but because they screwed around so long it ruined the theromstat in the freezer, so I called to OVERNIGHT that parts, they said" you will have it tomorrow, " Well its tomorrow and freaking part, so I called and it hasnt even freaking shipped yet, it could take another 4-5 days. They lie just to get you to order a part, and making freaking excuses why it wasnt here. Cant even get a manager on the phone either. They cant tell me when I am going to get my part, they put in a request to find out but that will take another 2 days for them to respond. Wtf... Sears you stink. Never will i buy from you again, my house is all sears appliance, not any more.
