Ordered parts 08/26/02 got some parts 2 weeks later, recalled sears and asked what happened said other parts were comimg from another part of the country, reshipped entire order again they said...
On monday 09/16/02 got another part that is supposed to replace the part ordered. When called, sears rep said well we have to do some research and we will get back with you. Almost a month later we sit waiting for sears to get their act together. Dont but sears ever again.
Oh by the way. This is a $1700.00 yard tractor that is 2 years old waiting for a spring, our grass is over a foot high due to the heay rains in early september.
