I started using this service back in 2006. Once I realized that I really was not using it I started to contact CIC to cancel my account.
I have spoken with several representatives there and every time I call they tell me that the they are having computer problems and to call back.
One time I was on the phone for at least 45 minutes where the person I spoke with said that I was not in their system. I had to give her my card number and my social security number and they still could not find me. Then she said o.K. We will cancel you. Once I checked my account online I noticed they were still taking money out of my account. But this time they took out money on 7/5/07 and 7/11/07.
I called them a few minutes ago and they are telling me the same thing, their computers are down and I have to call back in three hours.
I need something done about this and I feel that I'm being given the run around.
