I bought a $5 phone card at Sequoia National Park with their name on the front. The card is "powered by FastCard" and was supposed to give me over 30 minutes of calling time.
Well the store display & the card packaging didn't say anything about the $1.68 surcharge every time you use it. So I made two calls lasting about 2 minutes each and was charged $3.38 for connecting & disconnecting leaving me about 6 minutes of calling time for a grand total of less than 10 minutes of calls for $5.
Buyer beware... Stay away from anything "powered by FastCard."
