After holding 25 minutes and requesting to cancel account talking to Jonathan, he tried the usual tactics offering to give me a reduced price. I already knew it was a deception, because I know they give you a lower price for limited hours without telling you and you get a big bill for minutes you weren't expecting. I said no, cancel the account.
They then told me someone was online currently on that account (I have another computer in another city on which I used this sometimes). This was a lie to try and get me not to cancel the account. Nobody was online at that moment. I almost believed them and suddenly remembered that they would lie to me.
Then they said if I clicked on the icon, it would reactivate the account, which I did not desire either, I kept saying "I just want to cancel this account" This whole process took another 23 minutes for a total of 48 minutes just to cancel an account. They make you hold and spend so much time just to cancel and are unwilling to make a allow you to cancel without a big hastle. Beware!
