I just got a letter from sprint stating that they are canceling my contract because I use too many roaming minutes. The 24 month contract is 16 months old and states nothing about them being able to cancel because of this... Even though the recent letter states that the contract allows them to do this. BS.
I live in Johnstown, PA, which is clearly in their service area. The problem is that the sprint signal keeps dropping calls at my house. So I keep it on roaming and then have no problems with dropped calls.
I verified with sprint several times when I got the plan that this would be ok.
This is the only phone I have and it will be difficult to change in the three weeks they allot before canceling service. So, I will be without a phone when they cancel my service. Bad.
I noticed my same plan is now $10/month more.interesting.
Can anyone help stop this? I am willing to do whatever I can.
