Iam very disapointed in Sprint. My husband purchased a plan for our daughter, because she is constantly on the road. The plan was purchased the first of September and I have been on the phone with Sprint every month since then because of billing problems. First we were being charged for roaming fees when we pay $5.00 extra a month to have NO ROAMING fees.
The following month it was the same thing. They credited the account and the following month charged us for the credit. The credit was to correct the incorrect billing. Then there was roaming fees again on the next bill. I was told that you recieve half your regular minutes for roaming.in other words if 100 regular minutes are used, THEN you get 50 free roaming minutes.
What kind of NO ROAMING fees is that? Ok what ever! April's bill is incorrect. There are roaming fees for 19 minutes of roaming. Ok, there has been more than 19 regular minutes used, so where are the NO ROAMING fees. We called and was told this time that the NO ROAMING fees do not start till after 7pm. WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THIS!!! It has been 7 months since we purchased the plan and NOW they tell us this.
Also the plan is setup for 0-500 anytime minutes for a set price. WELL, Sprint chooses to stop at 488 minutes and charge for the other 12 minutes. We do not get 500 anytime minutes like we are suppose to. This company is a ripoff and has deceived us about our anytime minuts and our so called NO Roaming fees. I have to say that although every time I spoke with customer service they have been very nice, but do not know what they are talking about. Every time we call with a problem we get a new and different answer. I would like to be involved in a lawsuit against Sprint to get the money back I should have not been charged. This is the worst company I have ever delt with.By the way we pay our bill on time every time.
