My rip off complaint Sprint PCS is I had been a customer of Sprint since 2000. I had paid many fees for going over my minutes. My complaint is my family is military and when my spouse was stationed at fort wainwright alaska in sprint would not let me out of my contract which is fine. I understand I had to honor my contract but my problem was. There was no Sprint pcs anywhere close to where we were stationed and every time I used my cellular phone they charged me for roaming phone calls and my phone would not alert me that the phone was roaming. Maybe the owners of sprint does not realize where Alaska is but for them to not allow me to cancel my contract without paying this outrageous fee is unfair. Secondly I was able to use my phone but got picked up by another carrier. And my phone was nothing but roaming charges. Roaming charges to Alaska is not cheap as you can imagine, but needless to say my credit report has a large charge from sprint which is a rip off and a misrepresentation.
