I have is sprint heroic in october an it was ok but it got really bad where my phone would be going in and out of service and it would be roaming all the time. I have tried the sprint airave and did not work. It would have full service but it would still be roaming. The problem started back in march after it started roaming. I have paid about $900.00 in 5 months of roaming charges and every time I would go into the store to have my phone worked on they would say its the service not the phone. I finally got fed up with this crap so I switched to att and I have not had any problems. I would never go back to sprint for anything since the problem has gotten really bad. Unfortunately I have dell netbook with them but when the contract runs out I am canceling it
