I canceled an account two months ago at a Cricket Dealer. They told me that the account would be canceled after ten days and that even though a bill was due I did not have to pay anything since Cricket bills in advance. Naturally, I just got a bill for 181.33 stating that my account is now canceled for nonpayment. When I try to get past the automated customer service crap I am prompted for the phone number on the account and am told that the system cannot find my account. I cannot get past that crap to speak to a live person and I have not been able to find a different phone number. The same dealer that canceled the account for me keeps saying that I should just ignore the bill. I always new Cricket had a crappy customer service system but in the past I have always been able to at least get to a live person. Now I will not rest until I find a number to call to be able to tell a live person just what I think of their customer service.
