On April 1 I went into the cricket office to disconnect my cricket phones (2). Person put in the paper work and said it was disconnected, I asked her about the bill and she said it was ok as the bill usually came out on the 11th of the month but had been coming out of the 7th. Up to this time I was 11 days early and it was disconnected so I did not owe anything. I had automatic bill pay to Cricket out of my checking account. On April 2nd Cricket took out payment for $93.84 on a $78.00 bill. I have contacted Cricket and am told that it would be a couple of weeks before I would get a refund. It is now May 4 and I have not been reimbursed yet.
