I purchased a cell phone from cricket for my wife about a month ago and 4 days ago her service a cut off, her service can't be cut off because her phone is on my account and my phone is still on. When i first purchsed her phone cricket told me that the bill wasn't due until april 8 which that is when my phone bill is due. I called the place where I purchased her phone and the cricket store, they fixed it for about 2 hours. And now customer serivce reps. Will not answer their phone. Does any body know where i can reach the main person for cricket...
