Cricket
Ripoff went into my bank account after i paid the bill now i cant get them to put my money back

I have been calling cricket sorry customer service to try and get someone to put my money back in my account that i was charges twice. All i get from customer service is they have email corporate and there nothing they can do.

I explained i now have checks that i need to write for other bills they dont care. The person i spoke with last was ryan that said corporte had not look at the email someone sent from customer service that i would just need to wait.

I asked for a phone number for corporate they said they do not have a phone that i could email them well i'm thinking if they are not reading your emails why do you think they will read the one i sent them.

The only reason i got a cricket cell phone was for my son. I check my account with cricket this morning they had applied my money to future service. Which i did not tell them to do that. I'm so mad at cricket right now bad customer service but most of all corporate is no better never heard of a company that you could call.
