The Following is a letter I submitted
Dear Sir, Im writing to you becasue when i call ur customer service number it doesnt have any such account. Her is my problem I have been with Aspire many years now. I recenetly lost my card about 2 months ago and asked to close my accountdo to this lost card. My last payment was 11/7 after that I received no bills from you.
Dont understand why? Now i recveive a bill with late fees of 35.00 and an overlimit fee when I cannot even use the card. I always paid my bills and dont mind paying but I should not be responsilbe for late fees if I dont receive bills. Also over the limit how can i be when i couldnt even use the card. Please be fair. I will pay what I owe but these extra charges are crazy.
