Poor phone service and techinical support: Management avoids issues

I have had Metro PCS for about 3 years. The first year, everyday I would get calls for a lady. Finally I got the number changed. The second year, I start my business with the new number, and about 2 months into the number I start getting calls for another lady. I understand this is usual when getting a recycled number, you pay what you get for but... Here's the kicker.

Somehow, some way; these recycled numbers are being split into several provider directions.in otherwords they are hacked or hijacked sorda speak. With the 3rd new number which I got in March of 3 months later. Again... Same thing only a different language (hispanic).

I realize I cannot change my number this time, businesses have gotten reliable on my number, as well as my father who just found me after 33 years. I can't change the number this time for the same BS.

The last straw: Since I have had relatives trying to get a hold of me in the past months, saying that a spanish man keeps answering the phone, my husband forgets of this mishap Metro PCS problem and tries for 3 1/2 hours last evening to get a hold of me. The first few times he thought he dialed the wrong number, then he began to worry and thought his two daughters and myself were in danger. Then he thought I was with another man that perhaps answered my phone. He didn't know what to think!

He got into several arguments with the man until it rang a bell about past experiences. Something like this could ruin a marriage ya know! I finally called Metro PCS and after much frustration I finally worked my way through the automated system to a live rep. I explained as calmly as I could be, being I was already frustrated at the automated teller.

She advised me that I change my number... Again. I told her no, I will not do that because of the business standpoint. She advised me to speak with a manager to fix the technical problem. No manager will pick up the phone, I tried 7 times within 3 days... Still no luck... What to do but request a sharing charge to Metro PCS since I have to share my number with a person that speaks another language.

I cant even ask the persons that call the number what service the number is assigned too... So I want a sharing charge for my number which I had long before the spanish guy did... Thank You very much.
