I too have had a very bad experience with aarons, but we have been loyal customers for well over a year. We made last months payment over the phone using my check visa card ONLY after them promising me they could NOT take money out if I were to be say, late on a payment. If I wanted to set up direct drafts I would have to sign a waiver giving them permission to do so. Well this month we are behind on everything due to having to travel home to a close family funeral and at he worst possible time, they just TOOK the payment out of our account and will do nothing about it. They are liars and cheaters and will do anything to make a buck... including steal from loyal customers!!!
Do not ever give aarons your check card number to make a payment... They will then use it at their convenience whenever they damn well please...
