I ordered a bedroom set from Aaron's: bed, dresser, and night table. Everything except the night table was delivered. The delivery men had no clue that there was a night table in the order. They told me Aaron's would call about that situation. So I waited and waited for Aaron's to call. Three weeks passed and no call. So my husband called and asked what happened to the night table we ordered. He was told it was on order. Three months passed and no night table and no call from Aaron's. So we canceled the night table.
A few months later my mattress started to sink in the middle. The mattress has a 10-year warranty. We called Aaron's again. They sent two men to look at my mattress. It took the men 30 seconds to look at it. They told me, "Okay, Aaron's will call you about this situation." Three weeks passed. We called Aaron's about the mattress, and they told us it was on order. Two months have passed with no calls from Aaron's.
Aaron's does not inform the customer at all about anything. If we had not made all those calls to Aaron's, nothing would have been done. But they sure are quick to call you if your payment is due. This is unprofessional. We will never do business with Aaron's again. They are a horrible company, or their employees just do not care about their customers.
