I have been a loyal customer for 2years. I have leased my furniture to own and 12 is my last month and I own my living room furniture. I have had some late payments during my contract but they never had to take my furniture back. On the last month the manager decides he wants to send employees to my house every week for a payment and call my family members and tell the details and said I was over 30 days due. This is not true it will not be over 30 days until 12/31/10. I admit it has been a rough month with Christmas and three children to buy for. I will make my final payment, it would just be late for this last very last month. My point is in the past they never went this overboard for a payment, I think they know it is my last payment and want to give me a hard time. But the manager Dammion Wright seems to forget I was a loyal customer for 2years and I will tell others about this bad experience and not to do business at this location. Believe me I love my furniture and glad I will own it now, but I will never go to the Aarons on Noblin Rd.in the past Dammion Wright has always had a rude attitude anyway, not too friendly to do business with. As a good customer I should have never been harrassed like this right before Christmas, so this is why I want people to know. I have learned I am not looked at as a real person just when my MONEY IS DUE! If you do shop Aarons go to Glenwood Ave or the Durham location just not Noblin Rd. If you get in a bind you will pay for it dealing with them at Noblin Rd. Thanks for letting me share this awful experience.
