Ordered a product from their website on April 6. Paid $99.00 for the product, $8.91 for tax and $8.95 for shipping charges. Received item on April 14.
Credit card was charged $116.86 on April 11th.
We were not satisfied with the purchase, so I called the company to inquire about their return policy - since it isn't stated on their website. Had to call company several times before I got an answer and waited on hold several minutes before I could speak to someone who even KNEW what the return policy was. Finally spoke to a male, who gave me a Return Authorization Number and stated that the original credit card would be refunded, less shipping charges within 24 hours of them receiving the item.
Mailed return on April 26 - via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. It arrived in El Paso on April 28. Never got a refund. Followed up several times by email with no success, and by phone - always got a recording.
Lucky for us, we used our American Express and were able to get a full credit ($116.86) - but it took almost 4 months to do so.
I will never use Brandon Enterprises/Spy Mall again - and hope that anyone planning to use them will do their research first.
