On Feb. 8, I ordered the "Dual Action Cleanse" product from Cellular Research. Meanwhile, I found another product that had the same ingredients and promised the same results for over $40.00 cheaper from another company.
I went to the Post Office and mailed the product (unopened) back to Cellular Research. I recieved a tracking # with this return.
I called the company on March 4, inquiring about the return and refund. They said the product was returned to the warehouse on March 1 and that I should recieve the refund within 7 to 10 business days.
I have called the company 3 times since the first call. It is now April 5. Each time I call, I am told that they will see what they can do about speeding up the refund process.
I have had to send items back to other companies in the past and I have never had to wait this long for a refund. I do not even get an explanation from Cellular Research as to why there has been such a delay in this matter. I am told the same thing every time I call, to NO avail!
