In September I ordered one of the Video Professor's programs online and was charged only for the shipping and handling Once I received the three disk set and reviewed its contents I discovered that it was not what I thought it was and sent it back (I only had it a few days so my return was well within the 30 day time period). I heard nothing more from them.
On April 3 I see a charge against my credit card for $79.95. On April 4 at 10:23am (PST) I telephoned them and spoke to a representative who identified herself as Winnie and was told that they showed no record of having received the returned disks. Hence the charge against my credit card. When I asked why no one had ever contacted me prior to arbitrarily charging my credit card, she stated that she didn't know. She told me that there would be no problem refunding the $79.95 as a credit on my credit card and that my credit card would reflect that credit within 10-15 (ten to fifteen) days and assigned me a reference number of RK7490920.
On April 6 I discovered two $1.00 charges on my credit card from Video Professor.
As of today, April 20, I have yet to receive my refund and have called the number three times to no avail.
